John Cassie : CEO

Prior to founding iiPay, John worked at Inchcape Plc in several board level management roles for 10 years. Prior to this, he worked in several senior management positions in the Oil & Gas sector in the UK and overseas with Brown & Root, Sonat and Elf Aquitaine. He has also worked in the World Bank, where he worked on a long term assignment in the Middle East. John has a degree in management and an MBA.

Richard Martin : Chairman

Tim Jakob : Chief Financial Officer

Tim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and has over 25 years of board level financial management experience in a wide range of companies including European Directories, Monster Worldwide, TMP, Virgin Interactive Entertainment and Tate & Lyle Plc. He holds an BA honours in business studies.

Piers Lambert : Operations Director

Piers joined iiPay in 2003, having previously worked in a variety of senior software and IT consulting roles at Norcosse Holdings. He was also an IT & Process manager at Oryx Executive Search for 7 years. Prior to Oryx, Piers worked in a variety of building and engineering companies, including Wimpey Homes. He originally studied civil engineering.

Graham Harrop : Sales & Marketing Director

Graham joined iiPAY in February 2010 from Microsoft where he held a number of key EMEA Director positions within Microsoft's Public Sector business, including running their Healthcare business in Europe and the Middle East. Graham has 25 years of experience of working in the Public Sector, Manufacturing and Finance sectors providing complex IT solutions for Microsoft, Oracle and IBM. Graham has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.

James Haworth : EMEA Business Manager

James joined iiPAY in October 2011 from Kewill PLC where he drove relationships with Tier 1 organisations in retail and manufacturing focusing on integration and logistics solutions. Previous to this James managed the top 50 key accounts for Sage Software (UK) within the financial services sector specialising in accountancy software. James has a degree in Business Administration from Bangor University.

Vanessa Knowlden : Marketing Manager

Vanessa joined iiPAY in March 2007 and is responsible for Marketing, PR and customer communication. She brings experience of working in the Middle East working for finance, travel and hospitality businesses.
