iiPAY started developing its application in 2003, and has since been serving a range of providers who deliver international payroll services to global organisations in every industry sector.

The companies using the iiPAY system range from those focusing on a small number of core countries to others who are seeking to control all of their payrolls in 30+ countries. Overall our clients are paying staff in over 90 countries spanning every region of the world.

The majority of our clients outsource some or all of their payrolls to one of our provider partners but with an increasingly variable degree of collaboration where the day to day management is shared between the client and provider with the iiPAY system acting as the common link and information hub.

Whilst the flexibility and configurability of the iiPAY system enables most companies to use it as it is, we also have clients from whom we have added custom functionality to meet very complex needs.

Many of these clients have started with a small number of payrolls, often in regions with minimal payroll resource and have expanded their usage of the iiPAY system by adding more payrolls over time.
