John Cassie is iipay's Chief Executive and has taken the company from 'extreme software development' to fully managed international service provision.

Recognising the increasing complexities faced by payroll managers in multi-site, multi-national businesses, and with deep understanding of the internet and web-based technologies, John founded Integrated International Payroll Ltd (iipay) to develop and bring to market a generic payroll system capable of managing, consolidating and processing payroll under any rules or requirements.

A team which includes Piers Lambert, Richard Martin and Frank Herman has brought huge market experience from the likes of Sega, Adecco, Granada, Inchcape, Elf and the World Bank. Today, the iipay team exercises a wide range of skills in technical development, customer operations and service.

The iipay vision is clear: payroll systems will be delivered through flexible ASP (application service provider) solutions from a fully managed service to in-house management of the payroll solution provided on a remote platform.

This innate understanding of international payroll provision has meant that the iipay solution is already active in nearly 60 countries across the world, with local providers secured in over 40 more. A truly global payroll solution for a rapidly globalising world.
