The successful candidate requires minimum 1 years of bid coordination experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Support the proposal process by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
• Document key drivers and objectives of the potential client and ensure each is addressed in proposal in conjunction with the global sales team
• Review RFP and coordinate with stakeholders to provide questions back to prospect to better understand requirements and provide a more complete, competitive response
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across the business for needed information
• Edit documents for spelling, grammar, style, and content
• Identify and re-word existing pre-written content where relevant
• Deliver completed written proposal responses against RFP deadlines, and ensure delivery of proposal, whether through email, sourcing site, printed/shipped, or other means
• Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of internal stakeholders
• Create and update content for knowledgebase/response library
• Work with Marketing for content and design elements, when needed
• Research companies, industries, etc. to be able to write with a more tailored approach
• Gather appropriate policies and attachments required in response
• Ensure each RFP requirement is met within the proposal response
• Track bid activity
• Ability to multi-task across several proposals simultaneously
• Remain current with iiPay’s solutions, products, and messaging to ensure the company’s competitive advantage is clearly communicated and understood in client-facing materials
• Create, edit, and design follow up documentation (questions, presentations, etc.)

What are we looking for in you?

• 1-2 years in similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional speaking skills – able to make presentations to potential clients
• Strong skills in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent skills in proofing, spelling, and grammar

Desirable

• Experience in a global payroll/HR environment
