iiPay has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business and new client wins across the US territory to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

 

Role Overview

 

Our highly motivated and passionate team members are at the heart of our success!  The successful candidate is responsible for increasing our sales growth by driving new business across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in this quota carrying role with uncapped commission!

 

The Account Executive will make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our business by aggressively developing new business and seeking out profitable business relationships to assist in the achievement of the sales plan.   Demonstrating and applying your experiences, you will have an influential seat in our high-growth sales team, helping us continue building on the success we have seen YTD!

Requirements:
  • Execute the territory sales plan to achieve and surpass the specified sales quota
  • Understand the sales strategy within your allocated territory ensuring that all assigned leads are managed and followed up as part of the sales process
  • Become an expert on the iiPay solution in order to present the value proposition of our SaaS global payroll offering
  • Prospect and qualify potential new clients
  • Provide strategic input to proposals managed by the bid team to ensure the prospect’s requirements, needs, and objectives are met.
  • Deliver compelling sales messaging and complete solution demonstrations during prospect meetings
  • Prepare pricing proposals and lead commercial negotiations
  • Increase the company brand exposure by attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Professional Services, and Operations throughout the lifecycle of a prospect journey.

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

The successful candidate will be results orientated and have a self-starter mentality.  The individual will need to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling SaaS technology and business services to multinational organizations
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management sector, linked to payroll is a plus, but not required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset
  • A track record of performance and outstanding target achievement in New Business
  • Must have success selling through a sales cycle, with multiple influencers and decision-makers
  • Ability to adapt your communication style to differing audiences (e.g. HR, Payroll & Finance professionals) being persuasive whilst culturally sensitive.
