To apply program management expertise to drive focus on enterprise-wide business process improvements that generate revenue and drive margin improvements; driving large-scale global projects and initiatives, lead cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new workflow features and tools that enhance productivity, open capacity at a faster rate and secure standards.
o Collaborating with cross-functional organizations to identify and implement projects with the highest business value.
o Ensuring proper Key Performance Indicators are set and measured to determine the impact of process changes.
o Organize, plan and lead Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping events to recognize process flow improvement opportunities.
o Able to dive deep with data to identify root causes to problems to anticipate, identify, track and resolve business issues and risks.
o Collaborate to identify efficiencies within the data transformation process which will ensure that end-users are delivered the relevant content data in the right formats for use.
o Superhead necessary change management and implementation associated with process improvement.
o Communicate achievements, issues, and risks to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
o Serve as a liaison between functional operational groups and support functions (Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
o Drive change through key stakeholders and facilitate alignment across regions and functional groups to remove roadblocks.
o Drive innovative thinking and motivate others to identify new ideas for the pipeline.
o Facilitate information sessions and implementation debrief and any other sessions necessary for an effective process improvement initiative.
o Mentor team in process improvement methodology and best practices.
