iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Content Marketing Associate who wants to work to enhance iiPay’s market position, brand and support the sales pipeline to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.


Role Overview


Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success!  This role requires creating content and creative design documents to support the digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and clear understanding of modern marketing principles, strong written and communication skills, excellent listening and follow-up skills, and a team-oriented mentality. The Marketing specialist will work to enhance iiPay’s market position, brand and support the sales pipeline.


This position is based in Cheltenham.


The successful candidate requires minimum 5 years of experience in managing online and digital advertising campaigns and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:


  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives.
  • To create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to opportunity conversion.
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Execution and on-going management of Editorial calendar and workflows.
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This role must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis to support management reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external colleagues to create Technical content to support the delivery of the content plan.
  • Support the sales team by producing “go to market” collateral for client pitches.
  • Create supporting graphics and presentations for sales pitches.
  • Contribute to internal projects such as branding, company documents/website, publicity materials and social presence.
  • Assist in the development of company collateral including copywriting and graphic design.


What are we looking for in you?


  • Thorough understanding of market segmentation, principles of marketing, integrated marketing communication principles and branding
  • Ability to achieve results in a globally diverse, fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a shift in traffic and value received marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study (marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism etc.)
  • 5+ years hands-on experience managing content creation and graphic design utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud software packages and Hubspot experience is desirable.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
