iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Director who understands the demands of working in a high growth organization and is keen to be hands on whilst building a team of experienced marketing professionals to help drive us towards our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

Role Overview

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires the successful candidate to build and scale a world-class marketing operation within iiPay to support marketing programmes that will drive sales bookings across the globe. iiPay’s hard work has helped us to win several awards over the last few years but our Global Marketing Director will work to further build brand awareness and showcase iiPay’s services through the attendance and sponsoring of key events within the industry.

The successful candidate should be aware that this is a new role within iiPay created as part of our wider strategy and therefore you will be required to be hands-on in developing and delivering against the marketing strategy whilst building a strong team around you.

Requirements:

The successful candidate requires minimum 10 years of experience leading global marketing teams and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

Build and scale a world-class marketing organisation to support the growth and ambitions of iiPay through leading messaging and awareness to drive business outcomes, metrics and revenue
Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs that have a broad and targeted reach
Accountable for KPIs to drive sales bookings through successful MQL and SQL conversions and increased brand awareness
- Track, measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report the results to iiPay’s Senior Leadership
Build functional capabilities, including demand generation, events and sponsorships, content and brand, sales and channel partner engagement
Hire and lead a team of marketing professionals that plan and deliver demand generation programs, including integrated campaigns, events, digital marketing, and partner marketing programs
Market to a wide range of audiences across core markets including, America’s, EMEA and APAC both the SMBs and Enterprise organisations
Responsibility for budget ownership to ensure marketing spend is maximised, tracked, and aligns with budget through the year
Work closely with sales leadership and sales operations to identify and track joint goals relating to funnel, pipeline value, sales opportunities, and conversions
Build a strong working relationship with the wider iiPay leadership team to ensure alignment of messaging and content priorities
People leadership responsibilities include developing a high-performance environment through learning and development

What are we looking for in you?

10+ years’ experience in leading marketing teams globally
Proven track record of leading high performing teams that create and execute field and partner marketing programs
Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and bookings growth
Proven track record managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through to the completion
Proven knowledge in lead flow process and sales & marketing automation tools that include Hubspot
