Implementation Associate (Remote)

iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Associate who wants to play an important part of this rapidly expanding business, assisting the implementation team in understanding the client’s requirements, to develop their international payrolls to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

 

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work: remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

 

Role Overview

 

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success!  This role requires work closely with our Project Management team and our Implementation Consultants to configure and deliver international payroll implementations for our global client base.

 

The Implementation Associate role works closely with every department within iiPay to ensure the technical requirements are understood and everyone is aligned for an accurate and timely delivery of our client’s payroll. Our Implementation Associate’s assist the wider project team in configuring all elements of the system and the creation of all project documentation where required. You will need to be able to review and reconcile data using excel, enabling you to load the payroll information into iiPay’s various software solutions accurately and on time.

 

A good understanding of payroll is key, it will allow you to interpret and create all elements required to deliver our client’s payroll to the highest standard.

Requirements:

The successful candidate requires minimum 2 years of payroll experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

 

  • Project Set-up– working with the internal project team, you will aid in the configuration of any material required to commence the project, including the configuration of payroll requirements workbooks, project plans, governance setup and PowerPoint slide creation.
  • Client and Project Management– You will continually support the project team in the administration of project documentation and support in general implementation work where required.
  • Payroll Process– You will assist in the creation a client within our CRM system, payroll system and payroll process management tool among others.
  • Local Registration Management– You will assist the project team with recording minutes and actions to allow clear and concise communication on next steps to register clients with authorities as they move into new countries.
  • Payment and Banking Process Definition– You will load payroll payment files into our payment software and work closely with our Treasury department to ensure payment tests are completed successfully or any issues are reported to the project team in a timely manner.
  • System set-up and parallel payroll process– You will setup all require data importing tools, load and reconcile data against a client’s previous provider.
  • Go-live transition– You will complete and present a project handover document to the implementation team who will then review with the iiPay Operations team to close out our projects.
  • Sign-off and documentation– You will document, version control and store all required sign off/approvals required during the iiPay implementation process.

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience processing payrolls either in house or working for a company delivering an out-sourced payroll solution to clients.
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in working with data, analysing and reconciling data using excel.
  • Ability to demonstrable data coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently to deliver in a time pressured environment
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, consistently being able to deliver on tasks to the highest standard while operating under strict deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and driven professional individual with proven track record of delivering software configuration, on time with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of working within a regulated (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16) service delivery environment

 

The successful applicant will ideally have over 2 years’ experience in a payroll or human capital management environment. They should have the ability to become a systems expert and have experience of managing and prioritising workloads. They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, and possess a keen attention to detail. They will be required to work in a demanding environment where balancing priorities with the team around them will be essential.
