iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter to help drive our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people, has a deep understanding of hiring processes, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce and contribute to our company’s growth and success.

Key objectives of the role

The successful candidate requires minimum 3 years of recruitment experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry connections.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ fit for both technical and cultural aspects of the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interview teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize tracking system to track and manage candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application to offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the People & Culture Director on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
