International Payroll Team Leader

The International Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The team lead will support their team of associates in all aspects of payroll, administration and client interactions and will also be responsible for coaching and developing their team.


Additionally, the Team Leader will facilitate communication, proactively identify issues, lead issue resolution, help complete root cause analysis and provide guidance and support to the wider team. The Team Leader will also liaise between the internal groups working on current Payroll needs which impact clients. The successful team leader will be proactive and passionate about exceeding clients expectations whilst helping to build a high performing team.

  • Line Management of a team of International Payroll Associates ensuring every person is coached and developed to ensure we maintain a highly motivated and engaged team
  • Work closely with Payroll Operations Managers to oversee daily operations and deliverables, driving client delivery in accordance with KPI’s and SLA’s whilst trying to exceed expectations and bring value to our clients.
  • Support and coach the team to resolve issues where they occur but take ownership of escalations where required ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner and clients are kept updated throughout.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Ability to interact and partner with clients and third parties towards a common goal.
  • Collaborate with other departments on driving continuous improvements and contribute towards our team mission to ‘get things done’
  • Work with the Payroll Process Improvement Specialist to propose and provide context to system enhancement initiatives and process improvements
  • Attends and participates in leadership training and seminars and other professional development opportunities
  • Assist the Payroll Operation Managers with the interview and selection of new team members
