iiPay has a unique opportunity for a experienced and motivated IT Support Analyst to be based in Dallas, who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility of delivering ad supporting IT services across the business to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

 

iiPay are rapidly expanding and as such require additional resource to fulfil IT support requirements

Working as part of a helpdesk you will resolve both 1st / 2nd line IT issues along with taking the lead in delivering a variety of international IT projects from concept through to completion.

 

 

  • Deliver 1st / 2nd line IT Support services across the business
  • To problem solve, provide solutions and play an interactive role within a team environment.
  • Provide support to existing IT operations
  • Undertake IT projects from concept through to completion as per the company’s roadmap
Requirements:

 

The successful candidate will be required to deliver IT Support across the business.  You will have superb communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a professional telephone manner. You must be able to work well within a team and manage your own time effectively. You will be able to pick up and learn new technologies quickly.

 

You will be the first point of contact for all IT queries across a wide range of IT disciplines. The role will involve resolving IT issues, configuring software and hardware and supporting the IT infrastructure across our different locations. You will also be able to deliver a variety of IT projects across the business.

We are looking for someone with MCP, MCSA or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience working in a similar role.

 

This role is office based in Dallas and cannot be a remote position. There may be a small amount of travel required.
