iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly enthusiastic and motivated North American Tax, Garnishment and Amendments Specialist who wants to be responsible for North America Payroll Tax, Garnishment and Amendments to help drive to our goals.
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! The successful candidate will be Working alongside the iiPay USA and Canada Payroll Team and will be responsible for the USA and Canada Tax, Garnishment and Amendments advisory service to support a range of international clients.
The post holder will play an integral role on the payroll team working closely with the implementation and Operations team; working through complex issues, transactions, and projects independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional team members. To ensure North American Payroll compliance and efficiency with federal and state laws and company policies (minimum wage, sick time reinstatement, holiday pay, sick time accrual types, etc.)
This role requires strong technical and analytical skills of multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, garnishments, workers comp, reporting, process flows, payroll/HR systems.
This position is hands-on and requires attention to detail, timeliness, and customer service
The successful candidate requires minimum 5 years’ experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
