1 year of payments experience preferred and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

• Ensure net and statutory payments are validated and executed in a timely manner for all allocated payrolls
• First port of call for any payment queries raised internally
• Timely preparation of funds requests where clients are funding centrally
• Beneficiary maintenance – ensuring that new payees are set up with the correct bank details
• Reconciliation of client money accounts
• Collaborating with iiPay’s Implementations team as required and leading payment testing
• Involvement in Treasury “Kick-Off” meetings as required
• Liaising with payment partners with relation to on-boarding and payment queries
• Maintenance of process documentation
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects

What are we looking for in you?

• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with peers, payment providers, clients and external vendors as necessary
• Solid understanding of international payments, experience beneficial
• Aptitude for working to strict deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and pay close attention to detail
• Strong time management – able to prioritise workload and ensure all tasks are completed, at both an independent and team level
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
