iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Payroll Compliance Auditor who wants to drive compliance and standardization of efficient process to help drive to our goals.
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires the successful candidate to champion compliance with the iiPay Payroll process and in-country legislation. The role requires auditing Payrolls to prepare and incorporate action plans for those payrolls where improvements could be made to champion Service Excellence, the client experience and in turn Margin improvements with the Goal of championing standardization, continuous improvement and efficiency.
The successful candidate will ideally have a payroll background, but this is not essential should they have solid compliance and auditor background and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
Assess/Audit current payroll practices and process to ensure iiPay are processing in line with iiPay standard payroll process and in country requirements.
Ensure Statutory reporting is captured in the business and held internally on client records
Work with Operations and Customer Service team to understand cases where payrolls may be “re-run” and identify process improvement to ensure efficiency and cost improvements.
The role does not expect the auditor to be an expert in the Payroll calculations and in country requirements – but to have an awareness of the process and identify best practice and process improvements.
Individually and as a team member strive to improve the systems, processes and payroll delivery environment to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of our client contracts. iiPay team members must be focused on maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to internal teams to support the efficient processing of Payrolls and Systems.
Prepare action plans to address process improvement and support the internal teams where appropriate with communication to the clients and the in-country providers.
Country legislation knowledge
Working with the Payroll Teams, the Knowledge team and Supply Chain to support the documentation of the in country standard payroll services.
Working with the Operations team to ensure the appropriate payroll records are received and stored appropriately for our Client Payrolls.
To support the business with the standardization of services to our clients.
Contributing to specific company projects such as improving and/or changing systems, processes or functions within the business.
Primary objective will be to support the business with the transition of Project Pascal.
Escalation and problem resolution
Owning, managing and resolving escalations, seeking help and advice where needed.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong business analysis and audit experience
A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind
A natural problem solver, with a can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
A strong team player
Solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Visio, Word)
