People and Culture Manager (Hybrid)

iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated People & Culture Manager who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility for the employee lifecycle primarily in Hungary but also supporting Global People & Culture initiatives and activities across all our locations.

 

This position is based in Budapest, generally as a remote position with attendance in the office required 2-3 times per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of employees, including Talent acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be confident with dealing with ambiguity.  We are a high growth business; therefore, you will need to utilise your experience in managing people through change and influencing and engaging key stakeholders throughout.

Requirements:
  • Talent Acquisition at all levels within the organization. This makes up a large proportion of the role as iiPay continues to expand globally
  • Ensuring the successful on-boarding of new team members
  • Employee Relations support, predominantly in Budapest but there will also be opportunity to learn and participate in employee relations in other iiPay locations.
  • Learning & Development to include design and delivery of internal training workshops as well as managing requests for external training and professional qualifications.
  • Perform other day-to-day HR functions such as but not limited to assisting in immigration matters, filing of paperwork for any related HR matter, providing information for KPI monitoring and data analytics for the CEO and senior management team etc.
  • Counseling and coaching of managers and team leaders to ensure effective management of HR matters.
  • Participate in the management of the benefits.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects such as optimization of the existing HR System, driving a global culture, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance for audits and payroll and with Sales for RFP responses.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR Qualification or experience.
  • 5 years HR generalist background in Hungary with experience across HR functions, with an emphasis on recruitment and employee relations.
