iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Process Administrator who wants to drive the documentation of iiPay processes to help drive to our goals.
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires the successful candidate to support and document business processes the standardization of our service delivery and to support continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will ideally have a payroll background, but this is not essential should they have solid administrative background and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
Process Documentation delivery
Ability to build effective relationships with multiple business departments, to document existing processes and promote standardization.
Maintaining and developing internal document control processes and systems.
Maintain policies, processes and workflows on the company intranet, highlighting any policies or processes that need updating
Individually and as a team member strive to improve the systems, processes and payroll delivery environment to maximise the efficiency and accuracy of our client contracts. iiPay team members must be focused on maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to internal teams to support the documentation of manager and client account managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for document control and updating internal systems.
Process Documents should be compiled in a standardized and concise format to ensure they are adopted by the appropriate teams as a suitable reference.
Country legislation knowledge
Working with the Payroll Teams, the Knowledge team and Supply Chain to support the documentation of the in country standard payroll services. To support the business with the standardization of services to our clients.
Contributing to specific company projects such as improving and/or changing systems, processes or functions within the business.
Escalation and problem resolution
Owning, managing and resolving escalations, seeking help and advice where needed.
