iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly enthusiastic and motivated Internal recruiter who wants to help drive our goal to acquire new talent for our rapid growing payroll management operations and support team.

 

Role Overview

 

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting high caliber candidates who want to join a highly successful company in our new office in Budapest. We need a team of highly specialized and talented professionals who can keep pace with current growth. The recruiter must have extensive experience working with candidates, particularly in the payroll management industry. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Key objectives of the role

 

  • Proactive Sourcing for candidates
  • Reviewing new applications and direct sourcing candidates across various Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Telephone screening candidates
  • Providing candidate feedback on their applications and status, where necessary
  • Ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is maintained and up to date
  • Ensuring roles are filled quickly with candidates that fit within our culture
Requirements:

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Demonstrable experience in Payroll Management Industry recruiting is preferred
  • Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
  • Fluent English and Hungarian, written and verbal
  • A driven, hard worker with a strong sense of commercial awareness
  • A strong team player with a passion for recruitment
  • The ability to effectively direct source candidates, using own initiative and thinking creatively to propose new ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced high pressure environment
