iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Hungarian Payroll Associate who wants to working closely with a variety of clients to professionally deliver a quality Hungarian payroll service to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires engaging with existing partners to successfully transfer Hungary based payrolls, to own the payroll process and to deliver the payrolls to a range of international clients. Working closely with a variety of clients to professionally deliver a quality Hungarian Payroll service.
The successful candidate requires minimum 4-5 years of Hungarian payroll experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
Project delivery
Working closely with the Business Transformation team to establish the basic standards and key requirements for the Hungarian Payroll Delivery within iiPay.
Owning or contributing to the client transition project of transferring Hungary based client portfolio from external partner to in-house solution
Supporting specific company projects such as improving and/or changing systems, processes or functions within the business.
Country legislation knowledge
Being the primary contact point for the assigned Hungarian payrolls, developing and maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of the statutory processes and legislative deadlines in Hungary.
Being the main subject matter expert for the rest of the team and the business, providing country legislation training in order to maintain up-to-date and compliant knowledge base within the department
Payroll delivery and service level management
Delivery of accurate and compliant Hungarian payrolls for a group of assigned clients. The ability to co-ordinate and deliver on a variety of client requirements to ensure statutory compliance and an efficient service.
Operational excellence
Individually, and as a team member, strive to improve the systems, processes and payroll delivery environment to maximise the efficiency and accuracy of our service, for our clients. iiPay team members must be focused on maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
Scheduling and time management
Managing and delivering client payrolls against the agreed schedule – communicating directly with clients to meet or exceed the client deadlines and expectations. Escalating issues within the client and iiPay teams to meet and exceed agreed service level agreement.
Communication
Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to clients, payroll operations management and client account managers.
Escalation and problem resolution
Managing and resolving client escalations, seeking help and advice where needed.
