iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Implementation Consultant for the UK, who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, understanding the client’s and iiPay’s requirements to develop and deploy an optimised payroll implementation process for all our UK implementations.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! The implementation team works alongside the project management team to configure and deliver all in-house and ICP assisted payrolls around the world.
The role involves working closely with every department within iiPay to ensure the technical requirements are understood and everyone is aligned for an accurate and timely delivery. The successful candidate for the role will master the in-house global reporting tool and the needs of our in-house payroll engines focusing on the UK, to design and deliver efficiency gains within the UK’s implementation process, automating our methodology to its optimum level.
You will focus on the UK implementation process, to master iiPay’s best in class in-house country processes and replicate the processes and technical solutions, wherever possible, across all our in-house and international implementations. The role will retain responsibilities to deliver UK client implementations, alongside driving process improvement initiatives within our UK implementation methods. On occasion you may be allocated an international implementation, to aid iiPay’s overall implementation objectives, as well as to gain and maintain practical experience in our international methods, to better coach the wider teams and drive process improvements.
What are we looking for in you?
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in payroll or human capital management implementation. They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, and possess a keen attention to detail.
They will be required to work in a global environment, with clients that have an expectation of service excellence. They should be able to demonstrate a relentless drive for delivery and customer satisfaction. They should be confident to challenge existing processes and become a driving force for how iiPay becomes better and better each day.
