iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated International Payroll Associate who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility of day-to-day communication and the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant payrolls for our clients, to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
Role overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires working closely with several clients daily in order to professionally deliver a quality payroll service; from receipt of the payroll instructions, to working with a number of in-country third-parties to produce final payroll reports. The candidate will need to recruit their analytical skills to review and validate data prior to employing strong communication skills to interact with the client in order to gain payroll approval.
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Wednesday, an additional day would also be beneficial. The start date for this role will be September 2022.
The successful candidate requires experience and skills to be able to achieve the following:
Payroll delivery and service level management
Ensuring the delivery of accurate and compliant payroll processing for a range of clients to an exceptionally high standard, seeing 90% of client payrolls approved first time, whilst effectively managing the process with our trusted in-country partner network.
Scheduling and time management
Communicating directly with internal colleagues, clients and ICP’s, in order to meet and, often, exceed client deadlines. As needed, issues will be escalated within iiPay and at the client or ICP, in order to meet and exceed the agreed service level agreement, meaning that iiPay provide comprehensive responses and close outstanding queries/actions earlier than the defined contractual deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and client projects while demonstrating strong discipline, professional diligence and attention to detail.
Operational excellence
The successful candidate will have a relentless focus on maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating and delivering an exceptional client experience. The candidate will, individually and as a team member, strive to improve the processes and approach to communication in order to optimise our payroll delivery environment.
Communication
Demonstrate leadership and outstanding verbal and written communications skills including the ability to effectively present and influence across multiple teams and levels within the organisation in order to meet client requirements. The successful candidate is focused on client success and committed to doing all that is required to put iiPay in the best possible position to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
Country legislation knowledge
Having a level of knowledge in relation to country-specific payroll legislation and regulations across the globe, requirements for new starters, such as the taxation of company cars, sick leave legislations in various countries.
Project delivery
Owning or contributing to specific company projects such as improving and/or changing processes, systems or functions within the business. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple clients and client projects while demonstrating strong discipline, professional diligence and attention to detail. Partner with the Implementation and Project Management team to support with new client and payroll transitions.
Escalation and problem resolution
Owning, managing and resolving client escalations, seeking help from the Payroll Operations Manager/Director, where needed, whilst driving resolution. Working with the payroll provider management team to enhance and develop the processes and outcomes for our partner network.
Process Improvement
Identify process improvements and develop training materials in order to support the rest of the team. You will champion process improvements and provide support, where needed, to others on the team. Collate ideas from other team members on improvements that can be made to processes and how we collaborate and communicate with our clients and ICPs.
