Treasury Assistant

iiPay is looking for a Treasury Assistant who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility of owning and delivering global payments processing for both our payroll and pharmaceutical business clients and helping us to achieve our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
This position is based in Cheltenham.
Role overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success!
The successful candidate is responsible for owning and delivering global payments processing for our clients. You will be working closely with our Implementations and Operations teams to ensure that our clients’ employees are paid accurately and on time and you will take the initiative in driving process improvement.

Key Objectives
Funds Management – liaising with clients and Operations to ensure that funds are requested and received in adequate time for execution of payments

Overseeing reconciliation of client bank accounts

Playing an active role in completing AML checks for new clients, configuring internal systems and carrying out penny tests

Owning, managing and resolving client queries – having direct contact with client where appropriate. Escalating where required.

Reviewing and making recommendations for process improvements

Assisting the Treasury Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required


Ideally completed or studying towards ACT

Advanced Excel skills

Experience of working in a multi-country payments environment

Understanding of FX management

Experience of working with international clients beneficial

Experience of working to strict deadlines, displaying attention to detail
