Bettina Scheurer

As the Regional Payroll Manager for EMEA, Bettina is responsible for executing the global payroll strategy by managing the transition in the EMEA region from a local in-country manual payroll process to a global payroll delivery model which includes key components such as global and regional payroll ownership, regional payroll vendors, data security and automation through interface development. Bettina is currently responsible for the payroll of 17 countries, this number will increase to 29 countries in 2017. Furthermore, Bettina is tasked with designing, building and leading a centralized regional payroll team of 12 team members based in Katowice, Poland. In addition to providing high quality and cost-effective delivery of payroll services, she is also accountable for ensuring compliance with key payroll controls, monitor audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
