UK Employment Lawyer
Natasha is a UK employment lawyer currently based in Osborne Clarke’s offices in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, California. Natasha works closely with our international offices and partner firms to provide support and advice on international expansion issues. Natasha advises on a broad range of employment and HR matters. This includes advising on the legal and practical aspects of day-to-day HR issues such as recruitment and retention, disciplinary issues, grievances, employee termination, redundancy and unfair dismissal. She also helps businesses understand current data protection laws under the GDPR in an employment context, including data subject access requests, processing employees' personal data in compliance with the GDPR and navigating the issues around employee consent. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Natasha trained at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, where she qualified in September 2014 and practiced as a commercial litigation lawyer. She joined Osborne Clarke in March 2015.
