iiPay for Business, for People!
For our clients, the company and most importantly, one another
In all of our interactions; in view and out of view
Magic happens when common goals meet uncommon commitment
Results matter for our clients, for us as individuals and for our company
In our thinking, our approach, our attitudes and our team members
Working globally and locally to make the world a better place
We deliver global payroll solutions that offer two core benefits:
1. Our clients gain productivity because they no longer need to manage complex manual systems.
2. Employees benefit from a solution that offers a seamless payroll experience that is fair and consistent, regardless of where they are located.
We have fun, work hard and set ambitious goals – then test, learn and improve on an ongoing basis.
Community is one of iiPay’s values, and our team members live these every day.
To celebrate our team members, they are recognized and awarded for living our values, and as part of the reward, iiPay donates to their chosen charity. In 2022 alone, we donated to 23 charities and impacted the lives of people globally in areas such as Hungary, Poland, UK, and Singapore
iiPay works in partnership with Rise Futures which is a charity working with disadvantaged and vulnerable young people throughout England and Wales who have struggled in the educational system and life.
