Curtis Holmes is a transformational leader with over 30 years of leadership in the technology, software, and communications industries. He has held key roles such as CEO, President, COO, and Founder, successfully guiding companies through exceptional client experiences, profitable growth, turnarounds, restructurings, and mergers globally. Curtis leads his team to focus on changing global payroll with innovative solutions and a customer-centric service culture. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at iiPay and has held executive positions in large, mid-size, and small corporations, including serving as CEO of MetaSolv Software.

Curtis excels in corporate strategy, operational excellence, and employee engagement worldwide. He earned an MS in Computer Science from Purdue University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern University. He also participated in executive programs at Duke University and Lucent Technologies.

In addition to his dynamic career, Curtis enjoys sports, fitness, and spending time with his family, maintaining a well-rounded balance between professional and personal interests.

Tim Jakob

Chief Financial Officer

Tim Jakob leads the Finance, Treasury, Commercial, and Compliance teams at iiPay, bringing extensive experience as a global CFO in private equity-backed software and professional services businesses. A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Tim has over 25 years of board-level financial management experience across a wide range of companies, including European Directories, Monster Worldwide, TMP, Virgin Interactive Entertainment, and Tate & Lyle PLC. With a focus on driving meaningful, profitable growth, Tim plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership team’s strategic initiatives.

An avid golfer—particularly skilled at hitting from the woods—and a fly casting enthusiast for local trout when time allows, Tim's blend of financial expertise and passion for outdoor pursuits brings a unique balance to his leadership style.

Joanne Foster

Chief Operations Officer

Joanne Foster is an innovative leader and brings over 16 years of experience in the outsourced HR and payroll industry. Jo has global responsibility and accountability for Professional Services and Global Payroll Operations ensuring clients end-to-end success. Prior to becoming COO, Jo served as Vice President of Professional Services where she shone in providing operational leadership in delivering on-time and with quality to ensure client success. Jo excels in process improvement, team leadership, and driving cost savings through system enhancements. Under her leadership, iiPay’s Professional Services team set a benchmark for service excellence and efficiency.

Jo embraces her life as a busy soccer mum, dedicating much of her spare time to supporting her children’s sporting activities, and traveling with her family.

James Haworth

With 20+ years of sales leadership in global technology enabled services companies. James has made a significant impact across all geographies to expand iiPay’s business. Since 2011, his leadership in securing multi-million-dollar global payroll solutions has driven over 25% growth year-over-year. James has built high-performance sales operations to support sectors like Fintech, E-commerce, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.

A Formula 1 enthusiast, James brings a unique, global perspective to business and life. His passion for excellence makes him a vital part of our leadership team.

William Wride

Chief Strategy, Product and Customer Success Officer

Will Wride over the last twelve years, has played a pivotal leadership role in the growth of iiPay. Prior to his current role, Will serviced as the Vice President of Global Payroll Operations where he was responsible for deploying processes and building the Payroll Operations into a global organization spanning ten countries with industry leading client retention and operational metrics.

Will manages relationships with iiPay’s key clients, ensuring their continued success and growth within the company. Will’s expertise in sales, business development, and customer success further drives iiPay’s industry leadership.

A dedicated NFL and Dallas Cowboys fan, Will brings passion and focus to every aspect of his work and personal life.

Harry Weaver

Vice President of Finance

Harry Weaver is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 15 years of experience in payroll and business process outsourcing. A self-confessed data nerd, Harry is passionate about big data and analytics, using his expertise to streamline financial operations and mentor his team to success.

Outside of work, Harry is either watching or playing football or traveling the world with his wife. Together, they love exploring Africa’s rich cultures, stunning landscapes, and incredible wildlife.

Julie Morrison

Head of Business Transformation and Chief of Staff

Julie Morrison is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in driving transformational change across global organizations. A Project and Change Management Professional, Julie excels at executing complex programs that enhance business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Since joining iiPay, she has led major initiatives, including expanding service hubs, and automating processes, contributing to significant margin improvements.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball and supporting her daughter’s sporting interests.
