Role Summary
The French Implementation and Process Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new payroll operations for clients and continuously improving existing processes. This role coordinates compliance with new legal and company policies, enhances team workflows, and manages knowledge-sharing initiatives. The position works with the Team Leaders to document, standardize, and optimize procedures.
