iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Pricing Specialist who wants to build and develop detailed pricing proposals for a range of international prospective clients to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

 

Role Overview

 

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success!  This role requires working within the Supply Chain team to;

  • Own, build, develop and deliver detailed pricing proposals for a range of international prospect clients against agreed systems, formats and templates, to meet margin and profit targets,
  • Using existing and new Scopes of Work, ensure such pricing reflects the deliverables of our 3rd party suppliers, the demands of our clients and the necessary compliancy requirements of a country’s payroll processing rules,
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of a cloud based pricing application,
  • Work to the requests and demands of our global Sales, Implementation and Operations teams and new client prospects.

Key objectives of the role

 

The successful candidate requires minimum 3 years of pricing/financial experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Managing and delivering client price proposals against the agreed schedule/deadline – communicating directly with Sales team and partners to meet or exceed the client deadlines. Work with and manage the expectations of the Sales team to ensure the appropriate provider is matched to the requirements of each individual client. Escalating issues within iiPAY to meet and exceed client demands.
  • Individually and as a team member strive to improve the systems, processes and tools to maximise the efficiency and accuracy of our price proposals, contributing to the company’s growth through new client wins.
  • Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to clients, our partners, and internal teams. Work in partnership with the Supply Chain Director to ensure that existing 3rd party provider relationships are leveraged, positive relationships are maintained, and development opportunities are explored and investigated with potential new providers.

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formula building and calculations, plus comfort and understanding with a range of other internal systems. Demonstrating an ability to use data and information from multiple systems to complete tasks, and ensure all systems are kept relevant and up to date with owned work and output.
  • Working as a team to contribute to specific company projects and client RFP’s. Demonstrate the ability to improve and/or changing existing systems, processes or functions within the business.
  • Owning, managing and resolving Sales and Partner escalations, seeking help and advice where needed from peers and management. Working with (and managing the expectations of) the Sales, Implementation and Operations team to enhance and develop the client pricing process.

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • An individual who has worked in a multi-client commercial environment, managing a diversity of external supplier / partner relationships.
  • Proven track record of developing and working with complex pricing and commercial tools in a fast moving sales environment, including some experience with the development of Statements of Works for services.
  • The ability to react and be responsive to multiple change requests from internal stakeholders and external clients,
  • Advanced, proven Excel Skills, to ensure that our client proposal documents are robust, accurate and constantly reflect the expectations of the business.

 

Experience of working with international suppliers both small and large, demonstrating the ability to;

 

  • Communicate clearly to all stakeholders at all levels of the business, both internally and externally,
  • be able to articulate our company strategy and business requirements to 3rd parties, where English is not always the 1st language spoken,
  • gain trust with both our strategic supplier base and your internal stakeholders, including Implementation Consultants, Sales and the Senior Management Team,
  • Manage multiple requests for support, challenging deadlines and constantly changing business requirements.
